Overview At Zent Co., your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Free Return Shipping We want your shopping experience to be completely hassle-free. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Zent Co. covers all return shipping costs.

Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, your apparel item must be in the same condition that you received it:

• Unworn and unused

• Unwashed

• All original tags must be strictly attached to the garment

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, simply contact our support team at help@zentcompany.com with your order number. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Process We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
